Material Used: Fortec unidirectional carbon fiber plates, 1200 gsm with peel-ply


Project Scope:
Areas of reinforcement were left out of construction plan from design to construction. Structure was under-designed for wind loads.



Solution:
Fortec Grid Straps were used to increase tensile strength and arrest movement.

Observations:
In one day, problem was solved, and contractor could continue exterior facade, with no delay in construction.
